This past weekend I took a trip to the art Institute of Chicago. I’m not a very great artist myself, but I find it very interesting what the art world calls masterpieces. Many of the pieces in the museum are very interesting and cool, while others make me sit back and wonder how this is considered art. The image above was one of the pieces I came across, it was simply what looks like to be a stuffed toy snake just on the ground of the museum. It is important to know that the art institute of Chicago holds many significant pieces, and I find it fascinating how pieces like this make the cut. Despite my distaste for seemingly effortless pieces like this, it still fascinates me on how art is always growing and changing.
